We wanted to go with the toddler’s free-spirited personality, so Safari theme was perfect for the birthday party decor! Beautifully signed, the number 1 balloon is sitting on a base of patterned balloon, decorated with leaves and animal mini-shape balloons. A separate bubble balloon is filled with matching mini-balloons, decorated with acacia leaves and signed with golden letters. Cheeky, brave and beautiful!
